THE SUPREME GOAL
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful O you wise! Is this called ‘the great delusion’ — thinking that I am the Seer, the Hearer, the Knower, and the Cause and Effect? Let the wise man who has ‘right views’ know these four things. I am Allah Almighty, and I know everything which has happened in the past, all that is happening in the present, and all things that are yet to come! No man can behold ‘all My works’ and no man can behold ‘all My glory’ — although I am ‘the Maintainer’ of all ‘living entities’ and although I am everywhere! The foolish mock at Me! “Where is He?” ….. they say. Those who are thus bewildered, are attracted to ‘demonic and atheistic’ views. They do not know My ‘transcendental nature’ and My ‘supreme dominion’ over all that be. But ‘there is no God but Me!’ I have made the earth, and the inhabitants thereof, and My Hands ‘stretched out’ the heavens — all things are resting in Me, but I am not ‘in them!’ To whom would you liken Me? Those who are not deluded, they worship Me in devotion — for indeed the way to ‘gain perfection’ of all stocks of merit, have been proclaimed by Me! ********** I am the Lord, and there is none else, and I envy no one! But whoever renders service and devotion to Me is a friend. This is ‘the goal’ and without a doubt, it is the ‘highest destination!’ Come, worship Me — I invite you. Nothing ‘eternal’ can be gained by what is not Eternal. Endless is My name, and also My Words. He who sees this — My Devotee, he knows it! Meditating on ‘the Holy Books’ he strives to attain ‘tranquility of mind’ — which is separate from desires, evil intentions, and the like! From him you will learn ‘the Path of Truth’ — for he follows the good road and obtains distinction, perceiving ‘above the darkness’ the higher light! You ‘lovers of Truth’ let him manifest that which is brilliant, that you may cross beyond darkness in the Light! This is Mine! Therefore great effort should be made to hear, learn and remember it, and to ‘study it’ for the sake of ‘fully grasping it’ and ‘widely making it known!’ It is now for you to devote yourself to it ‘with-out any doubt’ — freed from the contaminations of previous activities, and from mental speculations. This is ‘the Truth’ — the ‘highest road’ and ‘the highest Light.’ Anyone who takes ‘shelter in Me’ can approach the Supreme destination. Just put your mind upon Me, and engage all your intelligence in Me, and ‘leave off’ other words. And in this way, you will develop a desire to ‘attain to Me’ — making Me ‘the Supreme Goal!’
