THE GAZERS
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful You men of Galilee! Why do you stand ‘gazing’ up into heaven? This Scripture had to be fulfilled — beginning from ‘the baptism of John’ whom Allah has ‘raised up’ that he may take part in this ministry and Apostleship! Behold Allah declares: “I do hereby establish My Covenant with you. And it shall come to pass when I bring a cloud over the Earth. And on My Servants and on My Handmaidens, will I pour out in those days of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy! And I will show ‘wonders in the heavens above’ and ‘signs’ in the earth beneath — that the People may hear when I speak with you, and believe in you forever. And in you shall all families of the earth be blessed!” …… You men of Israel! ‘Hear these words’ — as you yourself also know him whom Allah has ‘raised up’ but you denied ‘the Holy One’ and ‘the Just’ — whereof We are witnesses! Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins can be blotted out! Rulers of the People, and elders! Be it known unto you all. This is ‘the stone’ which was rejected by you builders, and We cannot deny it! We must obey Allah, rather than men. Allah has exalted him ‘with his right hand’ as leader! We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit — and you cannot overthrow it!
