ADMONITION

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This is no more than an admonition to Mankind, but none takes heed except by the will of Allah! We have sent forth to you an Apostle to testify against you, just as We sent one to Pharaoh before you. Let him who will take the ‘right path’ to his Lord. Allah measures the night and the day, and turns to you mercifully! Take this and ‘read it!’ Had he invented lies concerning Us, We would have seized him by his right hand and cut off his heart’s vein! We know that there are some of you who will deny it. It is the ‘indubitable truth!’ You shall before long see which of you is mad. When Our revelations are recited to him — ‘on the nose’ We will brand him!

Had his Lord not bestowed upon him His Grace, he would have been abandoned in the open, to be blamed by all! But his Lord chose him and made him a ‘righteous man.’ Will you take heed? Allah’s promise shall be fulfilled, so that He might ‘justly reward’ those who believed in Him, and done ‘good works’ — he ‘makes plain’ His Revelations, to men of understanding! How can you turn away from him who is ‘more worthy’ to be followed? It is beyond doubt from the Lord of Creation. Compose one chapter like it, if what you say be true!

An Apostle is sent to every nation, a space of time is fixed for every nation, yet you challenge its fulfillment! It is by the Lord — a ‘guide and a blessing’ for true Believers! Has Allah given you His leave? We are Witnesses of all your thoughts, all your prayers, and all your actions! The Word of Allah ‘cannot be changed’ — surely there are signs in ‘this’ for prudent men. Those who invent ‘falsehoods’ about Allah, ‘shall not triumph!’ By His Words, He vindicates the Truth! If you believe in Allah, follow the right path and do not walk in the footsteps of ignorant men! Even if they witness every ‘sign’ — none can have faith, except by the will of Allah. He is bountiful to whom he will!

Dedicate yourself to the Faith, in ‘all uprightness!’ Turn up your eyes. Yes! You are in ‘grave error.’ He knows your inmost thoughts. It is He Who ‘subdued the earth’ to you! Truly, who is more ‘rightly guided’ — he that goes groveling on his face? Think! This is the work of Satan, not an ‘upright man!’ So flee for your life. Allah is Witness of what We say, Lord of all Creation!

Moses set out with Our Signs, they said: “I am convinced, he is lying.” ….. But Our vengeance overtook them, and We cast them into the Sea. Have you no sense to reason with? Show Us your proof by means of what Allah has given you. He is indeed a ‘lucky man.’ Allah gives abundantly to whom He will, and sparingly to whom he pleases!

The ‘ungrateful’ shall never prosper, therefore give no help to the unbelievers! Let no one turn you away from Allah’s revelations, a guide and joyful news to ‘true believers’ — running on and on! Surely this is a ‘signal favor.’ Who brings to Light all that is hidden in the heaven and earth, and knows what you hide and what you reveal? Allah! He that gives thanks has much to gain. Serve none, but Allah! You are being put to the proof, and it is the Truth, that We are telling!
